The CX ASEAN awards were created to honor Customer Experience individuals and businesses, that demonstrate service excellence and achievements through innovative ideas and technology, process improvement strategies and in providing a high-quality service. 

We want to recognise organisations that are building a strong digital capability without losing their core values, who work collaboratively, pioneer employee training and productivity or exceed customer relationships.  

For Individuals, our awards are for those who provide a best in class service, deliver extraordinary work and actively inspire colleagues and peers to unleash their customer experience potential.

A yearly event, your judging panel is made up of members of the Customer Experience community, and selected business leaders will provide an impartial review of each nomination carefully and transparently.

This award is for the person who delivers exceptional customer service everyday. Someone who actively inspires others to be great. This could be any member of your organisation, whether it be a customer facing employee or someone who manages internal customer relationships
Corporate Nominations
Customer Experience Business of the Year
A leader in their field this business demonstrates their commitment to customer experience through all areas of their organisation. The recipient of this award will be able to show us their customer centric culture is well and truly engrained throughout their entire organisation through all levels of the business.
