Well like any start-up one of the questions our team constantly get asked is what is CX ASEAN all about, so my mission today is to answer that one for you!
We were planning CX ASEAN before the pandemic event because we believed that the ASEAN region was suffering from not having a dedicated Customer Experience community. A community that understood the uniqueness of the ASEAN culture and of course the ability for experts in the region to connect with each other and the next generation of CX leaders.
Now with the pandemic, the ability to network and connect with other industry experts and leaders is now more important than ever! Gone are the days of connecting in person at conferences and events for now and let’s face it, our existing networks have been torn apart as both businesses downsize and many expats have returned to their home countries.
